Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • same condition you received it (unworn/unused)
  • original tags and packaging
  • receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@TracFabGiveaway.com If your return is approved, we’ll provide a RMA code and clear instructions for sending your item back.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Mystery Items (all sales final)
  • Sale items
  • Digital Downloads
  • Instant Entry Packages
  • Items returned after the giveaway has ended

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange a defective item, simply return the original item (once approved), and place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Orders are processed in USD.
  • Once an order is placed, giveaway entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes provider.
  • For this reason, we cannot cancel orders or issue refunds after purchase.
